After making a booking through the website, will I receive any tickets?

On making a booking via the website, you will receive an on screen booking reference number which will also be sent to you by email. You are to print out the confirmation email which should be presented at your port of departure together with a photo ID. You will then be given your tickets.

Where do I check-in at the port?

At your port of departure appropriate signage will guide you to the check-in office of the ferry company operating your sailing. The ferry operator will be stated on your booking confirmation.

How long before the scheduled departure time should I be at the port?

On your booking confirmation a check-in time will be indicated. This will normally be 1 hour before departure time, if you are travelling with a vehicle and 30 minutes prior to departure if you are travelling on foot.

What information will be included in the booking confirmation e-mail?

Once you make a booking page confirming your booking will appear. Both this screen and the booking confirmation e-mail will show the ferry operating your crossing/s, the time at which you have to check-in and other important information. It is important that you print a copy of the confirmation as this will be required at check-in.

On making a booking, are my credit card details secure?

All payments made online via the website are  processed via a secure server which encrypts all details thus making them unidentifiable.
